I couldn’t be happier. I called this morning and they sent Rick out to me. He arrived quickly (which I think rare in most industries for a service call). The dispatcher was very professional and helpful. Rick was very nice. He was able to not only clean out my plumbing but he also made a repair for me - he left to get parts and returned quickly. He was very nice and did a great job for a GREAT price! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ROTO ROOTER!! Thank you for great quality and friendly service for a great price!!

They were able to come out the next day and knew exactly what to do to solve my plumbing issues. The tech, Jody was very knowledgable and professional. The price was reasonable for the work. I would use this company again. Thanks so much!

I want to start saying Christian Credeur was a very profesional guy, he takes his job seriously, people like him are hard to find these days to work. But anyways, he did an estimate for a big job and gave us options, all the information that we need to know and with proof of it we knew he has HONEST and that is not common in contractors.

🥰 OMG!!! Their EMERGENCY Plumber saved our home!!! I've been in total distress with a HORRIBLE install job that left us with a broken pipe behind a wall!!! Seems like every plumber in the city was on a job & this could not wait. Roto Rooter has serviced our home before, but nothing like this! THEY SAVED US & THANK GOD FOR THEIR EMERGENCY LINE, PROFESSIONAL STAFF, & PROMT SERVICE!!! 🙏🏽 Plumber that came out explained every step so that I had a clear understanding of what happened and how he was repairing the damage. Definitely worth it! 💯

I called Roto-Rooter because I thought I had a plumbing problem that needed urgent attention. Josh came out quickly, on time, and was very professional. After thoroughly checking everything, they discovered that there actually wasn’t a problem at all. What really impressed me was that instead of trying to make up charges or push unnecessary work, they were completely honest with me and didn’t charge me for the visit. That kind of integrity is rare these days, and it showed me that this is a company that truly values its customers over making a quick buck. I will absolutely call them again if I ever need plumbing work in the future, and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy plumber.

Technician Rick came out promptly to our commercial property (public library) and did a fantastic job successfully cleaning blocked drains and septic tank inflow and outflows. It was no easy task, as we had multiple issues, but thanks to his expertise and perserverence functionality was restored. Very impressed with the expertise and prompt courteous service by the technician and the dispatcher. Reasonable charges too!
